There is a growing trend of young men flunking out of school, avoiding responsibility and struggling socially. Just how many of today’s boys are becoming unproductive adults, and is there a way to stop the cycle?

    Serious structural problems in society. Millions of more workers than available jobs, skill set mismatch or complete obsolescence in the face of global outsourcing and technology etc.
